Alpe Seccio - Boccioleto VCNestled in the spectacular scenery of Val Cavaione, a side valley of Val Sermenza, Rifugio La Baita Alpe Seccio (1409 m) is a traditional mountain hut, perfectly integrated into its surroundings.
Renovated by the Municipality of Boccioleto, the structure preserves the authenticity of local traditional stone and wood architecture. The hut can only be reached on foot and is located in Località Rivetto, Alpe Seccio, in the municipality of Boccioleto (VC).
A perfect place for those seeking tranquility, unspoiled nature, and authentic high-altitude hospitality.

After leaving your car in the Boccioleto parking lot (at the parish church of Saints Peter and Paul or in the lower town parking lot), take the road into the village, following the marked trail path 387.
The route, completely surrounded by nature, takes about 2 hours of walking on a beautiful mule track.
Alternatively, you can continue by car towards Frazione Ronchi, pass it, and park in the next hamlet, Oromezzano, in the first available parking spaces. This shortens the ascent time.
